Isa Networks, Inc
It is all about providing solutions for your Network development
needs as well as medical billing. If you want a
reliable network, we have
it. If you are a physician we can help you to
install the medical billing software in your office.
This software will give you the link to our main
system where our professional billers work with your
data. If you want help customizing that great website
so that it is perfectly tailored to your needs, we offer
it. If you need to talk to a real person and get
real answers, we actually pick up the phone when it
rings!
We have taken our years of experience, both in
hardware and
software world and in the customer service industry,
and we have merged them into a business which is uniquely
human in this impersonal world of the internet.
I started Interactive Isa Networks, Inc as a one man operation,
building computers, web sites and networks. I
had left the "MAN" after 10 years of dedicated service,
feeling it was time to put my business savvy, and customer
service experience to use - time to start my own
company. When your hobby takes off, and earns more than
your real job, the decision becomes a no-brainer. And
so, I made the leap. After the first year of solo flight,
and a year of drafting a business plan (which can be
very tricky to do in the changing world of
computers), I decided to create a medical billing
company to provide medical doctors a medical billing
software as well as a powerful computer support.
Isa Networks, Inc is the dream job for me. One, because
the other folks around the office do call me the boss
(among other things). But on a serious note, I did work
in the corporate world as a networks administrator role for
a multi-million dollar company.
One of my key strengths I would say in business management
was to hire the best person for the job, invest time
and resources in their training and motivation, and
promote them on their merits. It worked for years, and
I was very successful with this approach.
I've finally found a job where the only
shareholder to be breathing down the dividends is
me! It's so nice to be able to concentrate on what
we do best, build relationships. I have a fairly
simple approach to the business. It's cheaper to
keep a customer, than to find a new one. (Well, I
haven't taken my off eye of the bottom line
completely you know). Currently I am billing for
couple of doctors bringing more revenue than their
previous medical billing company; providing
support in software (Medical Billing) and hardware
(servers, routers, printers, computers and all
devices involved in a network environment).
A couple of thoughts that keep me going in the right
direction:
- Change is good and necessary. (But not for the
sake of change)
- If it ain't broken, don't fix it. (Remember 'New
Coke'?)
- You must do the thing you think you cannot do.
